If you haven't played the first Crush the Castle there's really no idea why you should since part 2 is sooo much better. The goal is simple. Crush the castle and kill all the kings/queens/soldies or whoever lives there by using your catapult.
As you progress you will get different ammo for your catapult which has different effects on the stuff you hit with it.
Great art, overall feel and gameplay made this a classic the very instant it was published.

There's also a variant of this game with pretty much the same goals but more like a first person-perspective than the platform-style in Crush the Castle.
